The complex „Alfa-Beta” is located in the most dynamically developing part of the town of Pomorie. The region is located at about 100 meters from the center of the town, on the one part it borders on a long beach line, and on the other – on Pomorie lake. There are located multiple balneo-healing institutions, ultramodern indoor stadium and sports room. All existing buildings are newly built. The development of the quarter, pursuant to the approved building plans of Pomorie Municipality, determines it as one of the future VIP – centers on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.

            The complex “Alfa-Beta” is located at about 50 m from the beach and it is in close proximity to the most modern hotel balneo-healing center on the Balkan Peninsula: Balneohotel “Pomorie”, with multiple restaurants and places of entertainment adjacent thereto.

            The design of the complex is made by Architecture studio „Project”EOOD, having its chief designer arch. Georgi Stanishev. Found in 1993 architecture studio Georgi Stanishev – PROJECTS, by its participation in number of international exhibitions, the awarded prices and insignia of honour, the leading role in the International foundation “Yakov Chernihov” and the International Academy of Architecture, distinguished itself as a leader among the Bulgarian designers. The studio has worked out joint projects with famous world architectures including with architect Sit Norman Foster. The chief designer arch. Georgi Stanishev is a doctor of architecture, professor of the Russian Academy of Architecture, professor of the International Academy of Architecture, assistant professor at the University of Architecture, Building and Geodesy /UABG/.

            Upon projecting of complex „Alfa-Beta” the designers and investors strived to show the modern trends in architecture, and in the same time to take into consideration the specification of the surrounding environment, the climatic conditions and designation of properties. The original appearance of the building – glass, metal and teak wood – makes it extraordinary for the region. The designer’s idea for „town houses on the roof” is unique for the country and by placing of tree plants on the roof terraces is reached natural completeness of the project. The internal architecture is a stylish solution and ensures maximum comfort and opportunity for original interior design.

            The Complex „Alfa-Beta” has a total built-up floor area about 6 500 sq.m., allocated as 11 commercial sites on the ground floor /offices, shops and restaurants/ and 78 residential properties /studios /one-room apartments/, two-room apartments and Vฒะ apartments: three-room and maisonettes/. From each residential property there is a panorama view to the sea, the Pomorie healing lake and the town of Pomorie.

            Upon building of the complex are used materials, accompanied by a Certificate of quality of leading Bulgarian and world companies.

            All residential and commercial sites shall be delivered to the owners in a completely finished type, ready for use: black aluminum window and door frame glazing having glass-block and thermo-bridge, interior doors, finished flooring /luxury granitogrese tiles/, finished and equipped bathrooms and toilets, walls painted. The common parts of the building – staircase, lifts, courtyards, ground area in front of the block – shall be completely finished with luxury materials.
